Our goat cheeses are light and spreadable, bright and delicate. Plain & Simple, Sweet Fig, Lemon-Thyme, Honey-Rosemary, Garlic & Herb, or Blueberry-Basil. It is the perfect addition to any cheese plate or dish!
Your cheese will arrive to you frozen. Keep frozen until you are almost ready to use. Open while still frozen, place in small dish on counter or in fridge and cover loosely with wrapper. Cheese should be thawed and ready to consume in a few hours. Cheeses will keep for up to 6 months in the freezer or up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
