Organic Saucing Apples ("Seconds")

Our "seconds" or utility apples are more heavily blemished apples. In particular, we have many apples with the surface blemish "sooty blotch/fly speck" which is a horrible name for a superficial disease, you can internet search it. It's a real pain for organic growers, as it makes otherwise good apples really ugly, with no current organic solutions, but once you skin the apples, they are fine inside! The bag will contain apples that you might not eat out of hand, but that are still great for organic apple sauce, apple butter, crisps, crumbles, and pies.
